İşbu aydınlatma metni, 7 Nisan 2016 tarih ve 29667 sayılı Resmî Gazete'de yayımlanan 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (bundan sonra "KVKK" veya "Kanun") ile Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ (bundan sonra "Tebliğ") uyarınca veri sorumlusu sıfatını taşıyan MEET MINDS Danışmanlık Hizmetleri Ece Ural Filiz Eylem Hazal İmen Kollektif Şirketi (bundan sonra "Şirket") tarafından, çalışan adaylarının kişisel verilerinin işlendiği süreçler hakkında bilgilendirilmesi amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
Veri Sorumlusu
Kişisel verilerin işlenme amaçları ile vasıtalarını belirleyen, veri kayıt sisteminin kurulması ile yönetilmesinden sorumlu olan gerçek veya tüzel kişiler KVKK uyarınca veri sorumlusudur. Kişisel Verilerinizin Korunması, Muhafaza Edilmesi ve İmhası
Kişisel verileriniz, Şirket tarafından kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacının gerektirdiği süre boyunca işlenecek ve her şekilde dava zamanaşımı süreleri başta olmak üzere yasalarca öngörülen sürelerin sonuna kadar muhazafa edilecektir. Yasal sürelerin sona ermesini takiben kişisel verileriniz, KVKK mevzuatına uygun olarak muhafaza edildikleri elektronik ve fiziki ortamlardan silinecek, yok edilecek veya anonim hale getirilecektir.
Kişisel Verilerinizin İşlenmesi Nedeniyle Sahip Olduğunuz Haklarınız
KVKK’nun 11.maddesi uyarınca “ilgili kişi” sıfatıyla, kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine ilişkin olarak sahip olduğunuz bazı haklar mevcuttur. Bunlar:
Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
İşlenen kişisel verilerinize ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
Kişisel verilerinizin işlenme amacını ve işleme faaliyetlerinin amacına uygun kullanıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
Kişisel verilerinizin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri öğrenme,
Kişisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması halinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
Kişisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme ve silinme veya yok edilme halinde işbu hususun ilgili üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini talep etme,
Kişisel verilerinizin KVKK’na aykırı olarak işlendiğinin tespiti halinde bu nedenle uğradığınız zararın giderilmesini talep etme,
Yukarıda belirtilen haklarınız doğrultusunda ilgili taleplerinizi, yazılı olarak veya kayıtlı elektronik posta (KEP) adresi, güvenli elektronik imza, mobil imza ya da Şirket bünyesinde kayıtlı e-posta adresinizi kullanarak tarafıma iletmeniz gereklidir. Talebinizin tarafımıza ulaşmasını takiben öncelikle kimlik doğrulaması sağlanacak ardından da talepleriniz, talebinizin niteliğine göre en geç 30 (otuz) gün içinde ücretsiz olarak yerine getirilecektir.

Protection, Storage and Destruction of Your Personal DataYour personal data will be processed by the Company for the period required by the purpose of processing your personal data and will be kept until the end of the periods stipulated by law, especially the statute of limitations. Following the expiration of the legal periods, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized from the electronic and physical media where they are stored in accordance with the KVKK legislation.
Your Rights Due to the Processing of Your Personal Data
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a "data subject", you have certain rights regarding the processing of your personal data. These are:
To learn whether your personal data is being processed or not,
To request information regarding your processed personal data,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether the processing activities are used in accordance with their purpose,
To learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
To request correction of your personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data and to request notification of this matter to the relevant third parties in case of deletion or destruction,
In case it is determined that your personal data has been processed in violation of the KVKK, to demand the compensation of the damage you have suffered for this reason,
In line with your rights stated above, you must submit your requests to us in writing or by using your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail address registered within the Company. Following the receipt of your request, identity verification will be provided first and then your requests will be fulfilled free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest depending on the nature of your request.
