Despite posting the job opening and receiving numerous applications, they struggled to narrow down the long list of candidates and identify the most suitable individual. This challenge arose because they lacked the roadmap and evaluation methods necessary to select the best candidate from the pool of applications.

Given the critical nature of this position, Bringo Tech sought the expertise of meet minds to design and manage the recruitment process for the IT Recruiter role abroad. As meet minds, we stepped in to streamline the hiring process. Our goal was to reduce the pool of candidates to a shortlist of the most qualified individuals through a fair and objective process, ultimately extending an offer to the best candidate and successfully completing the recruitment.


After listening to our client's needs, we identified the required skill sets and crafted the interview questions accordingly. We then evaluated the responses from the long-listed candidates using these tailored questions. Based on the interview outcomes, four candidates advanced to the next stage: a case study exercise.


We developed a customized case study tailored to Bringo Tech's specific requirements. This case study was designed to assess the candidates' abilities in areas such as recruitment strategy development, understanding market challenges, creating effective hiring dashboards, and talent sourcing. Candidates were asked to present their solutions, allowing us to assess their suitability for the role.


Upon completing the case study evaluations, we provided Bringo Tech with a detailed report outlining each candidate's strengths and areas for improvement. This information enabled Bringo Tech to make an objective and data-driven decision, leading to the successful hire of an IT Recruiter who will now lead their operations abroad.
